Sherbet Birdie Survey - Competition Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The competition is run by Sherbet Birdie Photography (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Sherbet Birdie and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the Sherbet Birdie survey in full during the promotional period. One entry per person.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Sherbet Birdie Classic Photoshoot, valued at $654, including one (1) professionally retouched digital image.
The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.
Booking & Expiry
The prize must be booked within six (6) months of the winner being notified.
The photoshoot booking must be scheduled for a date on or before 30 June 2026.
Failure to book within the six-month period will result in the prize being forfeited.
Location
The photoshoot will take place at Sherbet Birdie’s studio in Leichhardt, NSW.
Additional Purchases
Additional images, products, or upgrades are not included in the prize and may be purchased separately at Sherbet Birdie’s standard pricing. Pricing can be found HERE.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided in the survey. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Sherbet Birdie reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Use of Entries
By entering, participants consent to Sherbet Birdie using de-identified survey responses for business insights and marketing purposes.
General
Sherbet Birdie reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
