Sherbet Birdie “Complete the Survey” Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Sherbet Birdie (ABN: 90 108 132 513), located at 495 Jarrett Lane, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia. Contact email: sasha@sherbetbirdie.com.au
2. Eligibility
Competition entry is open only to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and immediate families of Sherbet Birdie or associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
Entries open at 12:00am AEDT on 27th January 2026, and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 27th February 2026. The promoter’s computer system is the official time-keeping device.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the survey at:
https://forms.gle/f3xR9fnHfZ99Dq9E8 during the entry period. Only fully completed survey submissions received within the entry period will be eligible. Multiple entries from the same person are permitted only if a separate valid survey response is submitted for each entry, provided it meets all entry requirements. No purchase is required to enter or win.
5. Draw and Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received, using a random electronic draw conducted by Sherbet Birdie. The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing (no later than 13 March 2026) at Sherbet Birdie Studio in Leichhardt NSW.
6. Prizes
One (1) winner will receive a Classic Shoot with Sherbet Birdie valued at $654 AUD, including 1 edited photo. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize between the time of offer and the actual prize fulfilment.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw may be conducted at the promoter’s discretion. Winners’ details may also be published on Sherbet Birdie’s social media or website.
8. Entry Verification and Disqualification
Sherbet Birdie reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, is entered fraudulently, or breaches these terms. The promoter also reserves the right to refuse or remove entries that are inappropriate, offensive, illegal or otherwise not in accordance with these terms.
9. Personal Information
By entering the competition, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by Sherbet Birdie for the purposes of administering this competition, notifying winners, and for future marketing if consent is provided. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sherbet Birdie’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sherbet Birdie accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from use of the prize or participation in this competition, including any technical malfunction, computer system failure, or communications delay that may affect entry.
11. Variation or Cancellation
Sherbet Birdie reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate or cancel this competition at any time if technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control impact the fairness or proper conduct of the competition.
12. Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
