Farewell Dianne!

After years of incredible makeup artistry, magic and and a plethora of unforgettable moments and deep belly laughs... Dianne is saying goodbye to the Sherbet Birdie studio 💔

Since 2021, she has been such an enormous part of what makes this place feel so sacred. Not just in the work she creates, but in the way she makes people feel seen, celebrated, safe, understood and undeniably beautiful in ways they never expected.

So many of you have sat in her H&MU chair, been imagined by her hands, rediscovered in her vision, laughed with her, even raged with her... and always walked away with something more than just makeup.

That kind of impact before we even start to step into the photoshoot is a rare and cherished talent.

We just want to take a moment, well we want to take a million moments to say how deeply grateful we are for everything she has poured into Sherbet Birdie since 2021.

The care, the creativity, the dedication, the perseverance, the laughter behind the scenes, happy-tear wiping behind the scenes and the way she has held so many of our clients through such meaningful, emotional, and empowering experiences.

As she prepares to leave Sydney and begin a new chapter we’re feeling a cocktail of emotions: pride, gratitude, excitement for her next adventures, but these feelings that are also peppered with heartbreak that we are losing a cherished member of our team.

Although she’s moving on to her next adventure, we’re hoping this isn’t a full goodbye, just a shift.

Dianne will always be part of the Sherbet Birdie family, and we’re so lucky to have had her. Dianne will always be part of the Sherbet Birdie story 🤍
